To create an article, go to Knowledge Base -> Content (under the appropriate content section) then Click on + New Article.

Articles can be assigned a topic. While it is not required, it will make your article easier to find. Otherwise, the only way to reach the article will be through the search engine.

It's possible to change the order of articles within a topic. From the articles list screen, select a topic on the left and a Change order button will appear.

Click the Change order button and a handle will appear next to each article. Use the handle to drag articles around and change order.
